I saw their ad on ******** and thought their price for a facial was reasonable. When I arrived, they took my before and after pictures. They edited my before picture to make me look older and also altered my chin to make it look droopy. Following this, they engaged in a hard sell that made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was being scammed. They initially quoted a price of $8000, which was then dropped to $4000 because the person said she liked me. This made me feel like it was more of a scam. I would not advice anyone to go there.

This is a dishonest establishment. They are very positive at first when there is hope for sales. I have no complaint about the products themselves and the facials I had were average, but the sales efforts are unbelievable. They have not fulfilled their contract (refills, facials, etc) and when I refused to purchase another package, they became unavailable to finish my remaining facials. I have been cancelled on over six times and the interaction became disrespectful on their end. The sales pitches borderline on abusive. I'm embarrassed to have been talked into purchasing the first package and promised a deal because they wanted to "use me as a model".They use a sales tactic where they show you before/after photos on their phones. But they forget what they show you and will tell a different story the next time about the same photo. One week, the led wand will work wonders for my mature skin, the next week it is said to be useful for only maintenance or younger skin. So many details like this where the stories are ever-changing and they will say anything to make a sale.

12/29/23, Shame on Me!!!Thought I was too smart to be scammed. But the +voupre Spa at ****************, got me. Everything you read in other reviews about the company and sales tactics is right on. Even to the salespeople compliments on my shoes, (my salesperson, use my 5 years old shoes, "Wow good looking shoes, where did you get them, all to settle you in, now you're in the demo chair and the pitch begins. They work on the older generation, so I'm told, My salesperson said he was from ******, and his parents were still over there, (true????) so of course we talked about that). Other reviews suggest the salespeople are here on Visas, which as a complicated tax structure. The Salesperson quoted me a price, and we negotiated, down. (They work strictly on commission, (so I read). They charged my card $40 over what I thought we agreed on.( this is my fault for not looking at the sales receipt) as I became ***********'s best friend) The dermatologist recommended, sure, the lady that owns Voupre is a Dr. of guess what dermatologist. Oh and another note, while in the store, there was another customer, working with one of the other salesmen, I saw her later while in the mall and talked to her. "She bought the same product i did for $50. less) Bottom line, read before you enter this store, But also ask yourself, with all the complaints, reviews, BBB checking them, out, and lawsuits against the company, " Why is ****************, DePeres **, not looking into this and watching out for its faithful mall customers interest. Interesting. Full Disclosure, I am to blame for not looking into this product and company, before spending hundreds of dollars.; *********** did not break any laws that I know of, this is only a review.

Biggest ripoff Ive ever experienced. I think the City of ******* Hills should remove them immediately. I went into the room with THE BEST. However when I was there two and half hours earlier another guy was THE BEST. IT started with I dont even have this magical machine in stock. You can only be placed on a waiting list and its $8000. And ended with one in my hand for $1100. This is the most egregious sales pitch EVER. Im going to complain at much as I can about this company.

Average product at best. Definitely agree to scam methods for sales. In ********, **, they are now under investigation by the state due to sales claims/excessive and unauthorized charges. So, save your $$ and avoid this place. Their product is no better than whats available at any ***********************.

THE WORST,I can relate to all of the negative comments. They have a system of bait and switch. They pulled me in. I was in a rush and they kept pushing relentlessly. I had 3 of the sales people. I finally bought some of the product which I did NOT want to get them out of my face, they would not let me leave the store. I have never used the product I bought, realized I couldnt get a refund. Total waste, they got me for $2500.they This place should be shut down!

I love **** and ****. They are very professional at what they do. Deserve a better place to work

GREAT AMAZING PRODUCT! I read some of the negative reviews bellow, and regardless of pricing and sales techniques, I thought the product and the results were AMAZING!! I too had a sample of the cream on my eyesI asked her to do both eyesand the results were incredible and lasted all day long!! Yes, its an expensive product, but Im guessing a lot less expensive than plastic surgery and the results are so incredibly great! Good products are expensive. Amazing products are even more expensive. Now I am doing research on the ingredients, which is how I stumbled on this article. Is something so effective also safe to use? So far, from what I read, it sounds like a pure, good product. Regardless of price, Im just surprised I havent heard more about this product before. Its definitely worth trying!

I had a great experience at VouPre Spa! I was greeted with warm smiles by their beauty reps. **** went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Overall, a very good experience. The people there seemed to know their stuff, and felt knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it.
