Order #***** (August 6, 2022)I ordered a swimsuit via Esther-Williams.com on August 6, 2022. The item was advertised as "solid purple" and it was a blue/indigo shade of purple in the photo on the website. I had ordered the same color swimsuit in a different size several years prior, and that suit was the color that was advertised on the website. A blue/indigo shade of purple. The swimsuit I received in August was not that color and it's not what I ordered. I emailed the company and they ignored me.Today I decided to actually try on the swimsuit, hoping that I could at least wear it when I swim in a pool, which I wouldn't ever do if I actually liked the swimsuit and if it was actually the right color. But since I don't care about the swimsuit and I didn't expect that I could ever get my money back, I was resigned to keeping it and using it when I had to swim in a pool with chlorine. However, when I took it out of the package to try it on, I noticed there was no "hygienic" sticker on the inside part of the crotch area (gusset, I believe it's called) and there's a white foam piece along the left side of the bra that isn't stitched on completely. Additionally the suit has stitching flaws and loose threads along the seams. It looks cheaply and poorly made, the color is ugly, and it's not what I ordered.I asked for a refund in the company ignoring me. We have issued a full refund to the customer (see attached). The refund will post to her method of payment.
