I purchased a dress at their ************* location in June of 2020. I called the shop to make an appointment I specified my concern about my breasts being larger and finding a dress that would cover them.The person I spoke to on the phone said that it would be fine and that she would pull dresses for me. I was a little discouraged because my breasts were spilling out of almost every dress I tried on.Then I tried on one dress I liked that it didn't make my breasts look bigger but I was still unsure because they still spilled out a bit. She reassured me that when I got it altered it would cover the way I wanted. I also asked if the bottom poofy of the dress could not be included because I didn't like how big it made the dress. She showed me how it would look without it and said she would note for it to not be included.I also asked if the color of the bottom tule could be changed to white because it was almost a cream color. She said the sample dress looked that way because of it being in the store and the oxygenation in the store changed the color and when I received the dress it would be whiter. I was unsure about buying the dress until she reassured me that the cup would be measured to my breasts and alterations could also fix it. She once again stated that the bottom of the dress would be taken out and it wouldn't be a problem. So with that I decided to buy the dress. My original wedding date was 12/2020 so I had to rush order. A few days later I found out my wedding was cancelled due to covid so I called to cancel the rush order. They told me the order couldn't be fixed so I accepted it. 11/20 I went to pick up my dress. It had the bottom poofy part that I had asked to be removed. I did not worry about the top because I was assured it would be fixed in alterations. I emailed the seamstress they suggested and she said nothing could be done about the top that the shops promise certain alterations that can't be done. I called, emailed and they have not responded.
