      Business Name: Dioz Group Complaint Description:I am the proprietor of Inspr Exchange Outfitter, a *********** Gulf Coast-based activewear brand. Our company has engaged Dioz Group for the manufacturing of our product line. Regrettably, I must file a complaint regarding non-receipt of a portion of our merchandise.Upon review of our business transactions with Dioz Group, whose services we have compensated for in full, we have found that approximately 15% of our merchandise comprising various items has not been delivered. Despite numerous inquiries and direct outreach to Dioz Groups internal contacts, including an attempt to escalate the issue to the Vice ********** ************************** my communications have gone unanswered. This lack of response and the consequent absence of the promised goods have placed a considerable strain on our business operations.Given the circumstances, we seek a resolution in the form of either a full credit and refund for the undelivered merchandise or the completion and delivery of the remaining items. The exact mode of redress is less a matter of concern than the fulfillment of the contractual agreement and receipt of goods or services commensurate with the payment rendered.This complaint is filed in good faith, stemming from a situation that has not only disrupted our business activities but also undermined the trust inherent in our supplier relationships.       For about the last 9 months, emails from the **** Group have been sent to one of our company's email addresses: **********@joracredit.com. These emails appear to be sent in error however after multiple attempts to contact the **** Group, they are ********* or unable to respond and look into why these emails are being sent or how they can be stopped. After calling the **** Group and leaving messages that were never returned, on *** ** we eventually spoke to ***** ***** She asked that we email her one of the recent emails and that she would make sure to have it looked into and would respond. On *** *** *** ** and again *** ** (this time including **** ******* **** of Operations at **** ****** follow up emails were sent to ***** **** asking about the status of these erroneous emails but no responses has ever been received. Attached are examples of ** emails that we have received as well as the emails to ***** **** that have never been responded to.

      11/29/21 **** Group "Business Development Manager" ***** **** via email states "So we can get your samples in hand in about 2-3 weeks from deposit date. We can make 2-3 rounds of samples if necessary and I will have them send you 2-3 sizes of each item" and you will "work directly with our designers". Specifically we ask via email, prior to signing, "What is the process if we are unsatisfied with what we have been provided for a sample and wish to use a different manufacture? OR we no longer wish to work with the **** group" Their response was "We can refund you your deposit minus the fees accrued for making the sample and shipping for samples". 11/30/31. We are provided an invoice for a total cost $********* for the entire line and am told 30% down is needed to begin production. 12/3/21 I pay the deposit of 30% for the line which is $*******. Months go by without completion or product. The communication and follow through is lacking. I request to speak to CEO multiple times when things are not completed. I am told there are issues with designers, provided numerous excuses from ****. It becomes apparent to me the **** group is not capable of going through with this project, something that is even later verified by their lead ********** via email who is conveniently never available. Over a month goes by from February to March and despite being patient, I am left without responses or follow up. 3/1/22 3 months from signing (4x the amount of time they agreed that I would have a sample in hand) I reach out, still lack of sample and anything final and request a refund. ****** (VP Ops) states himself "something of this magnitude needs a brand to hire internal designers, work with them closely" and "we have to charge for this". **** group agreed to our project and refund if unsatisfied, they failed to complete it in time. We requested a refund as **** has fraudulently misrepresented their abilities and they have taken our money, a total scam.
