Bought a phone from Amazon and it did not list anywhere on there that was an out of a country phone I received a phone with international charger in it the phone says it's supposed to be for 5G does not connect to any 5G tower in hotspot doesn't work Wi-Fi calling doesn't work like it's all specifies in the phone description is falsely advertised on Amazon it was sent to me and I can't return it cuz it's past the return date I try contacting the seller and it doesn't ring their voicemail is full can't get any help with this.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Nokia 225 4G mobile phone from Wireless Experts, Inc., **** ******** ***** *** **** ******* ****** ** XXXXX, through Amazon.com on September 22, 2021. On or around March *** ***** the phone failed (it would not allow incoming or outgoing calls). According to the warranty (pdf attached), the phone was "released for sale in Latin America and Caribbean," and not in the U.S. Therefore, the warranty is not valid for me since I live in the U.S. There is no mention in the online marketing information (pdf attached, 4 pages) about the phone or warranty being limited to Latin America or Caribbean. If I had known that the warranty would not be valid in the U.S., I would not have purchased the phone. I have contacted both Wireless Experts, Inc. through Amazon.com, and Amazon.com directly, but neither have responded. I am asking to return the phone to Wireless Experts, Inc., and be issued a full refund of $48.25.
