Order #***** - 05/10/2022 I had ordered a pizza from this website because it was the only site offering for delivery. I did not mind ordering because the wait time on the website said 45-1 hour wait. Seemed okay even though the place was about 10-15min away from me. I did not receive my order within the time frame they had originally quoted. Not only did I contact the business to have my order canceled, but they refused with such disrespect. When the order finally came it was 2 hours later and pizza was cold. I called them again to receive a refund but no answer. I was hungry and I needed something to eat. I ended up having to eat the pizza and not only was the service and food terrible I got sick from the pizza. Puking and stuck in bed. I had to take the day off from work. I tried to reach out to the business again to at least get something back and they argued and argued telling me I was wrong. I spoke to someone named Alicia Kettler. She was so rude after telling her that she needs to take better care of her customers she finally had a hissy fit and told me I would receive a refund then hung up on me. The order was may 10th. I have yet to receive any refund. I have been calling and emailing them to get help, but they refuse to help me. If you do research on the company it appears that this is in on going issue. I have attached my order number and several yelp reviews that explain the same situation with me. At this point I requesting a full refund from this and to have BBB look at how they operate their company. They need to learn how to run a company the proper way and to learn how to take care of customers needs.
