We arrived 9/25 at 4:45 pm to find the house cleaner still cleaning with her 2 small children. Check-in time was supposed to be 4:00. We called the Savvy Bears office and were told that the house was left extremely filthy and needed extra cleaning after the recent paint job as well. We were not able to enter the property until about 5:00 pm. We entered the home to find the conditions very dirty and a strong smell of paint. We called Savvy Bears and told them the conditions of the home. We were then told to take pictures and submit them to the online messaging portal. We did so noting excessive amounts of debris on the flooring/carpets, buildup of scum and hair on the shower, hair and ***** matter on the toilet, a strong smell of paint.Savvy Bears called and offered to send the cleaner back the following day (9/26) or that we could be moved to another property immediately but that if we wanted to take advantage of the latter offer we had to do so immediately. It was 6:30 pm and we were traveling with our 1 year old child so neither of these options were appropriate.We asked Savvy Bears for future communication but didnt receive a response until 3:30 the following day (9/26) via an online message. We were offered to move to another rental property a couple of houses down and were given the entry instructions to this home. We entered the new property to find it incomparable to what our initial property had been advertised as. The new property was older and smaller. We checked the bathroom of this new property to find an unflushed toilet. Unsatisfied, we called the Savvy Bears office but our call wasnt answered. We left a voicemail but never received a call. The next morning (9/27) prior to check out, we sent another message through the online messaging portal but, again, received no response. We then departed at 10:00 and called twice again but our calls went straight to voicemail, implying the possibility that our phone number had been blocked.
