On 4/23/2023 I ordered two #6 (3 beef ribs combo) $31.99 plus tax, however I received two #3 (4 pork ribs and chicken) $22.99. I called the restaurant and spoke to ***** and explained to him the mistake. He gave me a couple options, and I stated I would stop by at 11am the next day 4/24/2023. He stated the Owner would be present. He would leave a note for her. He said he'd give me the correct order.On 4/24/2023 I arrived at the restaurant at 11am sharp. Owner was NOT there, and I was told by the only employee (I think a kitchen helper) present that she'd be there in 10 minutes so I told him I would wait. Had difficulties communicating with him as he spoke/understood very little English. What kind of business owner would have the ONLY employee present like this? Bad ownership!Anyway, after approximately 5 minutes, he came back out and stated she wouldn't be in for 25 minutes. I stated I couldn't wait that long, and that I was told by ***** she'd be here at 11am. Knowing the communication issues, I gave up.How can you lie to a long standing customer that wasted his time and gas, and NOT be present as promised.Seeing as they screwed up, and already wasted my time and gas, I'm NOT going back again. She'll just have to correct her mistake by refunding me the difference between what I ordered and paid for and what they gave me ($9.00 x 2 plus sales tax) to my credit card ASAP. See attached pictures showing prices and what I received.Thank you!
