Date of transaction: 12/20/21 Issue: On 12/20/21 I went to Modern Acupuncture in ****, ** for a consultation to help with fertility and my anxiety. I later encountered a problem at home where I would not be able to continue with the services. I explained to the receptionist there ***** and she did not hesitate to tell me that I would not get a refund but that she would email the request to her "boss". This company did not disclose verbally or in writ*** that there is a no refund policy go*** *** over the paper work that they sent home with me though it states that I am entitled to a refund via check. I feel that the receptionist at the brea location has not been do*** her job and send*** out my request for a refund and has just been tell*** me that so she can end the conversation, it has also been weeks and ***** nor the **************** has bothered to get back to me. I am unhappy with how this company has handled my request and feel like they have taken advantage of the main reasons why I went for the consultation. I am more than happy to pay the $50 which is the price of the consultation but would like the remain*** balance of $239 back. I hope the documents I have attached help.
