Placed order on December 14th 2021. Company immediately charged my credit card $520.75. The order still showed awaiting fulfilment in late January. Now their website "Is down for maintenance or non-existent"!Contacted company and credit card, still waiting for a refund of monies paid for order that was never fulfilled.Initial Complaint

The website is a Outdoors equipment cellar with airsoft cases and there's a real AR stuff I was buying Airsoft case and a little charging handle extension I spent $53.90 all I want is the money back and for them to not be able to put on their website that they are closed and out of business but still accept money and not finish the deals that they started before they closed thank youInitial Complaint

On September 11 I ordered from Extreme Tactical it took them 13 days to finally submit a tracking number but according to **** this item was never delivered to the post office. I have emailed this company 3 times and have tried calling numerous times to only get through one time. The customer service representative I talked to said that the package must be sitting on a shelf somewhere at the post office. So I followed up by contacting **** and they have no record of it.Initial Complaint

Placed order online on 7/10/21. Have not received the merchandise. On 8/13/21 email received that stated order was awaiting pickup but no tracking number assigned to order yet. Repeatedly emailed, submit request for status via website and called but no response. Sit on hold but the phone system cuts off the call after a few minutes without anyone picking up the call.
