Date: February 9, 2024 To Whom It May Concern:I am filing a complaint regarding two refrigerators purchased from Mission Supply Store in *******, **, which are warrantied by Atosa USA:1.Reach-In Refrigerator (Model No. MBF8507GR)2.Salad Prep Refrigerator (Model No. MSF8301GR)Since installation, both units have had persistent water leakage issues. Despite being brand new, these problems have not been resolved.Details:Water Leakage: Both refrigerators have been leaking continuously. Atosa USA sent a technician, but no effective repair has been made. The reach-in refrigerators evaporator pan overflows every other day, creating a significant safety hazard in my kitchen.Proposed Solution: Atosa USA suggested direct wiring an evaporator pan, but I declined, as this was not part of the original design. I requested written assurance that this modification wouldnt void the warranty or cause further issues. Unfortunately, Atosa USA closed the work order without providing any resolution.Mission Supply Stores Attempt: They sent a technician to attempt repairs on the salad prep refrigerator, but the reach-in refrigerators issue remains unresolved.Impact:The continuous leakage disrupts my kitchen and creates a hazardous environment. The reach-in refrigerators overflowing evaporator pan is particularly concerning, and *** ruled out humidity as the cause.Desired Resolution:I seek either:1.Proper repair that fully resolves the issue, or 2.Replacement of the defective units with new, fully functional refrigerators.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.Sincerely,***************************** Cell# ********** ******************************

On November 1, 2022 I purchased a: ATHC-9P Heated Insulated Cabinet This piece of equipment does not work as advertised. It will not support the normal, daily use food service sheet pans it is designed to hold. The sheet pans fall right to the bottom instead of being supported by the support brackets on the side.In contacting the company they sent out a service bulletin dated a year ago in October 4, 2021 stating they now of the issue and are sending out 8 washers to fix the problem. Instead of fixing the non working equipment, they are sending washers to everyone that complains. They need to remanufacture the warmer so they work each and every time and not wait for a customer to complain and look for a remedy. These warmers should never leave the factory if they are not designed properly and sold for close to $3,000 and will not do as they are intended to do. It puts the customer in a bind as they just spend $3,000 and then the customer is out of a piece of equipment they thought they had purchased for a specific reason.

We bought a new Atosa freezer a little over a year ago and in the first 6 months the freezer had to be repaired 3 times under warranty, the last being around July 2021. Each time, the freezer was down for over a month before being fixed. They chose the repair company they wanted to come out to make the repair. The first two repairs were made by the same company and they chose a different company for the third repair. The latest repairman said that the first two repairs were not done properly and that was the reason the freezer kept failing. After about 3 months of back and forth without the freezer being repaired they agreed to replace or refund the cost of the freezer. They agreed to refund us through the company we initially purchased the freezer from. That was 3 months ago and we have yet to receive payment. Over the course of a year we were able to use the freezer for only about 4 months.
