      I enrolled in this program when I purchased my vehicle in November of 2020. I have since filed 4 claims, the last two were related. I have waited almost two months for a call back regarding these claims. I have called, left voicemails, and sent several emails over this time period. They have emailed me back once saying they were going to call me but never did. The first two repairs, I was contacted and they were taken care of within 2 weeks. When I finally got ahold of someone, they said they do not provide the service I am looking for, even though I could see it listed on my paperwork and their website. The employee told me to call my dealership instead of them, even though I am paying monthly for this service.

      This customer filed a claim for paint chips and paint scratches. Under our warranty we do not cover paint chips or paint scratches.

      I purchased this product at the dealership. A year into this car, I submitted a claim for small chips and dents. The dealership said they would cover anything the size of a quarter or smaller. After reviewing pictures for 3 months I reached out again. They said paint chips were not covered. When I asked what is covered their response was Environmental issues such as bird dropping stains, bug etching, tree sap, oxidation, industrial fall out, acid rain, weather induced fading..........I feel like I was misled and robbed. I purchased this purely for the small dent and chip protection.

      I purchased a new ***** Camaro on 09/17/21. I left it at ************************ on 09/17/21 to have EckBond, a paint, exterior, and interior protectant applied , and I was told it was CERAMIC coating.. I was duped, lied to and want my $1595.00 refunded. I have only had the car a few weeks, had to take it back in. I took my car into a professional detailer shop for tinting my windows on 10/10/21, and the tech told me "you didnt get ceramic, it should look 10x better if it was ceramic" I had bird p*** and bug p*** yellow stains on my car, it would not come off without intense scrubbing, which with "ceramic" nothing sticks to the paint. My paint feels rough, not smooth like satin as it should if it was ceramic. I was totally completely lied to by *************************, the finance manager who sold me this telling me it was ceramic. I have splotchy areas on my NEW CAMARO, I feel mislead and duped, as I was told this was ceramic, and it ISNT! The paint is stained, not smooth. Nothing as told. BAD

      i received an email from this customer last night at *****. This is the first I am hearing about any issue. I have not been given time to contact the dealer to see what is going on.

      I purchased a new ***** Blazer on 10/2/21.
