            I placed 2 orders with this company for ****************** I requested to make a return on both orders I placed. With my first request they responded to me & provided me shipping labels. I shipped the items back & have not been issued a refund. On the second request to return products I emailed them over 5 times during the course of a *********** never responded. Their policy is you can not make a return without asking them first, then they will provide you with the return labels if they approve your request. Since they never responded to me I have no way to return the items. I would like a full refund on both of my orders since with the first order I returned the products & was never refunded & with the second order after many attempts of me emailing them they never responded therefore making it impossible for me to return the items.

            Exceeds expectations. I have been shopping with Forvr Mood since it's launch a couple years ago and I have zero complaints. The support team is easy to get ahold of. My orders come in a timely manner as outlined.
