These claims are incorrect. Customer has breached 2 contracts and is now improperly demanding that Providence unwind the contracts and incur damages at no cost despite the terms of the binding contracts.Providence funded one of the two contracts by paying the vendor before the equipment was delivered. Providence also approved Customers second request for financing. As one might reasonably expect, neither the contracts nor the Commercial Code provide Customer with the unilateral right to cancel the contracts after-the-fact and foist a loss on Providence. Despite the breaches,Providence followed its usual practice of attempting to reach a fair and reasonable solution. Customer withdrew from the discussion and strategically exacerbated the situation, presumably because he wanted more.
Customer is now attempting indirectly to achieve a result to which they are not entitled. Customer and its principal have admitted to the plan. Customer is unmistakably engaged in an internet campaign to harm Providence and its employees unless payment is made to him despite his breaches of the signed contracts. Customer has asserted false facts, omitted key facts, and falsely stated that Providence stole from him. Customer has used vulgar language with ********************** and has threatened to make Providence pay the price for defying him as if this was all a game instead of peoples livelihood.Customer has also offended the vendor who now refuses to do business with ********, who has launched a ****** campaign knowing full well that such negative posts bring significant harm to Providence and the employees whom he specifically called out by name to maximize pressure.
Providence has tried to be fair, but will defend its contracts, its employees and itself from baseless accusations. Customer did not mention the contracts or attach all communications, specifically omitting his profanity, threats, and warnings of harm to come. The snippets do not begin to tell the whole story.

This company tried to strategically get me to remove my feedback with the Better Business Bureau by having one of their employees call me - offered me a $3,600 check, which I reluctantly accepted, however they never actually intended on  issuing funds back to me. The purpose of this was so I would lose the only remedial action (other than filing a lawsuit, which is the next step) currently available for me.

I am not bar licensed in the state of ********** but this is absolutely against business ethics and violates many portions of California UCC.

They withdrew my funds from the incorrect bank account when we never finished working the deal with the vendor to get an actual invoice to fund.

This is not only unethical but extremely unprofessional and I will absolutely be reporting the entirety of their actions to the department of justice if I'm not provided with a viable solution to recoup funds this company flat out stole from me.

Providence disputes the customers one-sided view of the facts. Nevertheless, Providence used its best efforts to resolve the customers inaccurate claims and tortious misconduct despite the customer breaching two contracts. The customer initially indicated a willingness to resolve the dispute but then reneged after determining he could extract more improperly.  Customer was mistaken. ********************** has filed a Complaint with the Orange County Superior Court in order to enforce and protect its rights to the fullest extent of the law.Providence seeks damages and injunctive relief arising out of the customers breach of contract, defamation and other tortious interference with Providences business.

Applied for financing. Provided a deposit. The total cost of the financing was initially undeclared. We did not pursue the financing as a result. The company won't return the deposit. I do not feel that the initial offer / deal was made in good faith or with transparency in the spirit of moral lending practices.
