It its really ridiculous how this company is, I received a ***** for the ********** relief ***** than a year or two later I won the ********** dream fund and completed a ************************************************************* winning a previously *****. So now the economic opportunity ***** came available I was applying but didnt submit the application so one of Lendistry employees called me stating I havent submitted it yet i explained Im not sure I qualify since the previous application was denied for me receiving one. So he explained even if I got the ********** relief ***** I can still be eligible for phase 2 So I applied than someone name *****.borisov@lendistry emailed me stating its some inconsistent information on the application and will be reviewed at 7:25 am than I got another email right away 7:26 denying the application due to documentation they havent ask me to provide anything! Than he denied me again for the ********** venue ***** and I explained thats not my application it doesnt even have the same number as me I cant access that application I honestly think its a big mistake please help me Ive been waiting me may for this *****

On Nov 15th I received an email from Lendistry requesting I schedule a call for a loan. In it, we explained the funds were for working capital. We received a letter of interest saying we needed to make a good faith payment of $1500. After paying, I received an email from agent 2 requesting a call. I responded and received but got no answer. I emailed again. After that also went unanswered, I emailed agent 1. He replied he would check; it was the last I heard from him.On Dec 15, I called Lendistry and and asked agent 3 for someone to call. Dec 17, I receive an email: We received your request to withdraw application. Agent 4 said it was because I marked the funds for research and development. That was not the case nor are we a company that even does RD. He promised to call me back the same day. He did not. I called and spoke to Agent 5; he said Agent 4 was not in. He said he couldnt find our application. Then he said it was withdrawn. He promised to contact within 48 hours. He didnt.I called again and I asked to speak to Agent 4 or 5. Agent 6 refused; I had to relate the entire thing again. I asked for a supervisor and got Supervisor 1. She told me it was a system error. She put in a support ticket to fix it.After two weeks we called again and were told Supervisor 1 no longer worked there. We requested a refund and a full withdrawal. We asked for a supervisor; none were available. Agent 7, however, told us our refund was processed on Jan 11 and we would have the funds in 2-3 days. At my behest, he emailed us confirmation.On Jan 18, Agent 8 could not tell us about the refund. Supervisor 2 told us all she could do was send in ticket because the claim was with underwriters. She refused to allow us to speak to them. After a month, I submitted a claim to the *** OIG, at which point the money was returned. Given the refusal on the part of Lendistry to help or communicate, I believe we would not otherwise have gotten the refund.

Lendistry is a scam. I applied for a ************** COVID-19 Pandemic Small Business Recovery ****** Poor communications, endless circles, zero explanations. I am not the only one. Happy to provide details of my scenario if it will help anyone. I have written to Governor ****** with a complaint.

I was also able to check the status of my application on the site and was notified via email when it went through different phases of the approval process.

Very persistent and professional in providing the ***** funds for my business. At first, I was a little suspicious of their program but checked online and found they were legitimate. I had filled out most of the information but then let the deadline pass. They reached out to me and assured me that I could still complete the process, which I did with their assistance. Everything they told me happened as promised, and the funds showed ** in the account on schedule. I couldn't be more happier.
