      Paid $112.27 to Elements Massage/**** for a gift card. The location has since closed. I am unable to use the gift card at any of the other locations as they state that they are independently owned and have referred me to the corporate office. The corporate office of Elements Massage should refund the money to **** have reached out to the corporate office by telephone 4 times and have left messages to call me back to provide the refund. I have sent 3 emails to the corporate office, again with no reply. I would like a refund. My credit card company is unable to assist as the credit card was purchased over 60 days ago. The gift card does not have an expiration date. I have attached a copy of the original purchase email.

      Hello. I signed up for a monthly membership to Elements Massage (Brea location) in Aug, '23. My first recurring charge was on 9/05 for a monthly massage. I had a massage scheduled for September 23, which they cancelled that morning and told me I would receive a free massage for any trouble. On September 29, I received an email stating that the Brea location has closed and my account would be suspended (not currently be charged for any new services) and that I could use my one paid for massage at any other location. The only location within a reasonable driving distance is **********. I scheduled a massage at that location via their website. They then texted me that since it isn't my "home location", and since it was on a weekend, I would need to be on a waitlist and they would let me know the night before or I can come during the week. I cannot make that drive after work during the week in traffic, and find the lack of allowing me to plan my time disrespectful. I have asked Elements Massage three times to close my account through their customer service email (I want our communications in writing) and refund me my open massage. As of today, I have not had a reply from them. They closed their location and other locations do not make themselves accessible. I would like my money back and a confirmation that my account has been closed so that in the event they re-open the Brea location they do not withdraw money from my account.
