      On 3/4/24 a Clutch Kit 2.0liters was purchased at Gripforce. During the weekend it was brought to our attention that Gripforce gave us the incorrect item. They provide a Clutch Kit 2.0Liters instead of Clutch Kit 2.4Liters which was the initial request. Unfortunately we are not mechanics and didnt know the incorrect item was given to use at the time of purchasing the item. On 3/11/14 the incorrect clutch kit was taken in and Gripforce offered to find the correct item to keep the sale and avoid issuing a refund. They advise the part would be there the same day by noon. Gripforce over promised and under delivered. We ended up purchasing a clutch kit with another merchant on the same day 3/11/24. Gripforce is refusing to refund us to our original form of payment Despite their full refund policy within 14 days. Since we were within the Gripforce return policy window we would like a refund to the original form of payment. No store credit, since we no longer will need a Clutch Kit this is no longer an option, since Gripforce over promised and under delivered. We no longer will do business with Gripforce, We shouldve checked their Yelp page before doing business. Their yelp page has terrible reviews along with communications from the owner via text message that is extremely unprofessional. Im hopeful that BBB will be able to assist me in resolving this issue in a timely manner.

      Bought there clutch off **** and had a Nissan mechanic *************** away when vehicle idling in neutral clutch was making noise. Emailed company they said couldn't be there clutch. 2 weeks later clutch blew apart leaving me stranded 1hr from home so again I had to pay mechanic to install another brand clutch and this company won't give my money back on clutch.

      Ordered a clutch kit from them for our Jeep Rubicon, matched it and it was correct part. We finally no or the Jeep into a shop a couple months after the the clutch kit arrive & was installed professionally. The only thing wrong w the Jeep was a throw out bearing but we decided to change everything since it had never been changed and was a 2010, thats clutch throw out bearing pressure plate and flywheel. The pressure plate didnt appear to match the old one, the mechanic installed the kit and we put led up the vehicle. Drove it home and it started making sounds and wouldnt go in gear; only to find out the slave cylinder had now began to leak. Had the slave cylinder professionally changed and the clutch kit is still not working correctly. This guy has been rude, doesnt want to back the 12 month warranty, and wants pics of the parts which I paid to have installed and will have to pay to have them taken off just for pics! The warranty is 12 month in writing. I explained the situation and hes trying to act like my Jeeps slave cylinder was the issue to start with when we have drove it for 12 years with no issues just the throw out bearing which is also making a noise again with the new one. The guy also ask me if I bought the correct pressure plate and flywheel; when the kit came with one each so I bought what they sent which he stated was correct kit.
