I ordered shoes and they didn't fit properly. Initially I asked for an exchange which they didn't assist me with . Then without asking They refunded my money back to a **** gift card that I used the balance and got rid of the card. They did not confirm card information before refunding. I contacted pleasure shoes and spoke with ***************** instructed me to contact **** with some specific information that he provided, I did but **** said that there was not anything they could do and that the company should verify card information before issuing a refund . I don't have the shoes because I sent them back . And I don't have my money which is in limbo somewhere on a **** gift cardInitial Complaint

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, they were not true to size, Ive always wore a size 8 and these shoes were much too small, so after wearing them for maybe 10 minutes, I decided to send them back, They are in perfect condition but this company waited over 10 days after receiving them to tell me that they are not in returnable condition, They also threatened to just keep my money and destroy the shoes. This company is unethical and I need to find a way to dispute this and get my money back, thank youInitial Complaint

I bought a men's size 7 pair of Splashy boots using afterpay on 12/23/21 and paid for overnight shipping. I knew the company was closed and I would get the boots after Christmas, that was fine. The shoes ship when they reopen and get here quickly but the company sends me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT type of boot in a men's size 11. I contacted customer service 6 times before I got a reply. A week ago I was told I'd be refunded (so pleaser has to refund afterpay before afterpay refunds me) and I still have not been refunded and I'm paying afterpay payments for boots I didn't get. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will absolutely never shop with your company again.
