Made a purchase of 5 pairs of flip flops from the company. Reviewed the return policy on the website which is broken down into three sections (1) Returns within 7 days (2) Returns within 30 days and (3) Conditions. Returns within 7 days have free return shipping. Nowhere in this section does it mention that there is charge of $15 if you return 4 or more pairs of shoes. This info is buried in the Conditions section and even in that section is says Returns with 4 or more items may incur a $15 restocking fee. Notice that is says May not Will which means it isnt a definite charge. Management would not correct this issue even though this info was buried and is not worded as a definite charge.

I recently placed an order with Yellow Box shoes online I ordered several items in my normal size 7. After wearing a pair of the sandals I kept a couple of times, the toe thong of the sandal pulled away from the bottom of the sandal stretching it out at least one size bigger than my normal shoe size. As a result, I can no longer wear them because they do not stay on my feet. I sent an e-mail request to Yellow ******************** requesting a replacement of the sandals because they appeared to be either mis-sized or defective. Yellow ******************** sent an e-mail response stating that they would not replace the sandals because the 30-day return window had passed and they were worn. They did not inquire about any other issues or defects with the sandals nor did they request to inspect the sandals. They merely denied my request to exchange and/or replace the sandals. The sandals were only worn two times and the 30 day return window had recently passed. Yellow Box also did not provide me with any other options in an effort to try and resolve my problem with the sandals. I believe that my request to replace/exchange the sandals is reasonable and am quite surprised that such a reputable company showed no effort whatsoever to try and resolve my issue. Ironically, when searching Yellow Box on the BBB website there are several other very similar complaints from other individuals who purchased shoes from Yellow Box. I can only conclude that Yellow Box does not produce a quality product and will no longer order any products from this company. I hope this company can start to do a better job with making their products and with their customer service. Bad product and Bad customer Service!
