      I hired TRA a year ago. Nothing has been done to stop the levys.All they have done is collect the documents from me and provide them to the **** Same thing Ive done twice already by myself. The ** is continuing to levy and reach out to my customers. TRA hasnt done anything to try and prevent this from happening. Save your money . I signed up with the understanding they werent going to try and settle with the **. This is not the case. They havent done anything that I havent already done twice.

      My relationship with this company began by me inquiring about their services and began a daily barrage of more than 8-10 phone calls/texts per day. When I finally spoke to ****, the process was explained to me in such terms that it seemed like a good program. Once I paid them $795 and they looked into my finances, they informed me that the process would take more than 18 months and cost over $15,000. They never said that it would cost that much or take that long. When I had questions I was belittled and told I needed to speak to someone asap. I explained to **** that I work FT and couldnt just jump on a call. I was made to feel like a child when he said, Im in ********** and youre in ***** dont have time to jump on a call at anytime?!?! He wanted me to call them at 9pm or later. After multiple phone calls and texts I decided to terminate my relationship with TRA as I felt they werent truthful with me. They also were extremely rude when I told them that and would not even consider giving me a refund that I had paid. I feel that $795 for them to make a phone call to the *** is a little excessive.

      Paid to reduce amount of taxes owed for 2023. They came back an offer that lower my taxes but with their additional fee which they did not disclose up front came out to cost almost exactly what I originally owed the **** I brought this to their attention and they person I was working with said they would talk to someone about it and would call me back but never did. I tried several times to reach them and get them to call me back with some news but all I got was another, " I' ll call you back". Of course nobody would ever call me back. I had a deadline to pay the *** and after months I had no choice but, to pay the full amount the *** wanted. They have a money back guarantee to significantly reduce the amount of my taxes owed or my money back. They will not respond to my calls or give my money back. I want my money back.

      Tax relief advocate *************************** promised. PROMISED to help Me drop 90% of the ****** I owe ***. I expressed multiple times that I did not want to go through another process as this is my 3rd company promising to help (tax hardship, optima tax relief) I even said it's the same thing u charge me thousands for a retainer but nothing happens, same stuff. ******* promised that what she is doing will be different and guaranteed she can get it down. But I had to pay her almost 9k. I literally had to take a loan out to pay them. I expresses how important this was due to the fact the *** is now after my house. .. I've done all asked of me. And I have yet to hear back from anyone. I've called off multiple numbers and I can not get ahold of her or anyone. .       I hired Tax Relief Advocates to settle my tax debt. They immediately ghosted me. My guy in charge of my case wouldnt return phone calls. I finally asked for a refund, which I was told would be immediately done, it was not. They also assured me no more drafts would be taken out of my account only to find they charged it basically right away. Called back and was literally hung up on

      Complaint taken over phone by BBB representative BBB Consumer saw ad for business on *** in December 2023. Consumer contacted the business. He owes $14,000 in federal taxes from 2018 to 2021. The business guaranteed they could lower the payment amount to between $2,000 to $3,000. He provided the business with the requested documents. They set him up with a finance company called ************ for a $3375.00 loan. He paid $175 to Tax Processing Solutions and $375 to ************ in December to get things started. He was told by a rep at Tax Processing that he could stop making payments to the *** once he got the loan. He then spoke to a manager at Tax Processing who told him she would still have to make payments to the *** until it was resolved. He decided to cancel with both companies. ************ paid Tax Processing anyway. Tax Processing never did any work for the consumer. ************ sent the consumer to collections and told the consumer they would settle for $1350.00. This is having a negative impact on his credit score.

      I signed up with this business earlier this year, they claimed to be able to help me with my taxes.The moment I paid the full amount of $1,500 to them, they became completely unresponsive.Then told me: "Sorry, we can't help you, unless you spend thousands more with us"I asked for a refund of the money I had spent with them.       My name was forged on your documents and the ip address is NOT associated with me in any way as a matter of fact is in another state as motioned.  your company is not looking into this fraudulent matter and need to be held accountable for my info being compromised and for the documents on your link being forged with my name.  further investigation needs to take place in this matter.
