I started with TRA in 2023, my case manager was ************************* and our relationship was very good she was very informative and answered all my questions. During this process I became very frustrated and ****** showed compassion and offered many suggestions so that i would not give up.When i expressed my concerns about affordability ****** quickly mentioned and voluntarily recommended me as a recipient for the 2nd chance program.With her persistence she advocated for me and I was selected as a participant of the 2nd chance program and monthly fees were waved.************************* is definitely an asset because she cares and has an amazing personality.Review from Elizabeth S

After many stressful years and several unforeseen difficulties, we found ourselves so far behind we needed help. My husband contacted TRA and was so impressed with **** he made an appointment to include a call with me. ********************* was so professional and nonjudgemental he really eased my mind. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot, with patience and the utmost courtesy. When we make an appointment to speak with him, his call comes at exactly when he says it will and he responds promptly to emails. We opted to begin the resolution process because of the customer care we received. We are hoping, as we move forward, the rest of the team assigned to our case will be worthy of another five-star review. In the meantime, **** has assured us that he is there to assist if we need him. He is definitely an asset to this company!!Review from Jennifer G
