This response is for compalint ******** Abercrombie:
************************* brought in his vehicle on 4-12-22 with the complaint of an atf leak, upon inspection it was determined to be a coolant leak, The cooler lines had been replaced 1-12-22, this vehicle has been extensively modified by another shop.
when the coolant leak was noted and ************************** was contacted on 4/12/22 at 10:30 a.m. He authorized the removal of radiator to investigate where leak was coming from.
The leak was determined to be from the radiator header to tubes, no damage (no scuffs, impact marks or any sort of damage was noted) a video was made to show **************************.
Apn internet search was performed on ******* (manufacturer) radiator issues. I stopped reading at the second page of complaints about quality and leaks.

This shop is not responsible for Mr. ************ choice of parts/materials selected for his project, ******* has notable quality issues, the cooler lines that were installed by us 3 months earlier are not leaking, it should also be noted that ************************ ok`ed the removal, diagnosis, and reinstallation of said radiator, that expense totals  ******, and remains unpaid at this writing.
