Never do business with this company they are liars pure switch and bait. If you choose to do business with them this will be your greatest mistake. They charged me $100 and said if they cant find a driver they would refund. Well they could not find a driver and then he said they dont work for free. They will tell you all lies just to get your business but dont fall for it. Once you pay they dont pick up their phones anymore. Stay away from this companyBusiness response

This company will not stop contacting me by phone and text trying to get me to use their services. I have told them repeatedly since September of 2023 that I do not need their services. I have blocked the different brokers numbers when the text or call, and the continue to use different numbers to contact me.Business response

In April I contacted this company about having my car transported to N.C. I was given a quote of ****** which I accepted. I needed the car picked up on May 9 for del. May 10. On the morning of the 9th I called them because he had told me someone would be in touch with me and they hadn't When I called I was told the charge was now ****** I told them at that time I wanted my deposit back ******. He said let me see what I can do and he kept coming up with different figures, all to high. I again said I want a refund and he said he would put it back in my account. It is now May 30th and I still have not gotten it. I have involved my back because after reading some of these complaints, I don't believe him. I believe this is a company that is fraudulent. I am a 75 year old woman and did not feel I could drive a truck down and turn around and rent a car to come back to **, to get my car. I don't believe ***** was being truthful about the price to begin with and I would really like my money back.Initial Complaint

Order # ******** // 5/17/24 I was charged $207.00 after being told from this company that would not be charged to my card; this was to hold my order. The employee, ********************* proceeded to ask me to text him my debit card information as he could not hear me. I was quoted & promised my vehicle would be shipped & delivered for $510, to which did not happen. I received an order form stating my vehicle would be picked up earliest 5/16 in which was okay. I have followed up everyday since and still have not received driver information as I was promised driver information on 5/16. This company lies and is complete fraud. This business does not wish to work with me on this matter. I am requesting a full refund.Business response

Fraudulent activity, harassment, and other legal violations. I was contacted by your company, represented by *****************************, regarding the transportation of one of my vehicles. From the outset, the interaction raised several red flags.Initially, I was presented with a low price incentive and was quickly urged to sign a quote. However, this offer turned out to be a scam tactic designed to gather my personal information and post my shipment on a national board for drivers. When a supposed driver was available, I requested multiple times to speak directly with them, only to face verbal abuse and harassment via text from your company.Subsequently, I received a call from an individual pretending to be the driver. During this call, I could hear background voices, and the caller's inability to answer specific questions about the transport made it clear that this was a scam attempt. Days later, I was contacted by the same individual using a different account on another platform, confirming the deceitful practices your company employs.What your company does not realize is my profession involves both cyber and phisical investigations. I am currently compiling a detailed report, supported by private investigative work, to expose Eco Auto Transports fraudulent activities. This will include a dedicated website and a full-scale campaign targeting your business.Furthermore, I will be filing a lawsuit against Eco Auto Transport for bait-and-switch tactics and violations of federal laws related to the use of the internet and fictitious identities. This lawsuit will encompass charges of credit card fraud, identity theft, and harassment. I am also considering an injunction to prevent your company from continuing these illegal activities and reappearing under a different name.You are advised to take this matter seriously and cease all fraudulent operations immediately. Failure to comply will result in severe legal consequences and the public exposure of your unethical practices.Business response

It has come to my attention though your complaint that one of my agents, was being not very professional. First of all, I'd like to apologize personally, we are a very small company and would never ever involved in any deceitful acts. I will personally investigate what happened in the interaction between you and ********. Not to defend anyone, but some times, the carrier company (load board) gives estimated pricing for the route but drivers are independent entities who can charge whatever they feel at a time, based on a lot of different factors (time of the year, weather, natural disasters etc.). As a broker company we try to negotiate and bring them down to the price we quote based on load board but sometimes, the drivers don't come down at all. We usually give our customers an option to move forward with the final carrier price or get their money refunded.

I booked a car to get transported from ******** to ******* and they quoted me $520. Made me give them a deposit them raised the price to $920. Once they pick the car up, they raised it to $960. The next day they had my car and will not deliver it unless i give them an additional $100! Wow, I originally booked it for $520 and once it's all said and done, I'll pay them $1,100 dollars. I needed a car transported to ga from ***** **. I received an estimate that I accepted for ****** ***** due @ pickup. On 3/18/2024 I called to cancel. On 3/23/2024 they took ***** from my account. I also saw on the website about bait and switch. He said no problem it was a mistake. Never happened. I canceled the credit card and filed fraud case against them. He repeatedly gave false dishonest statements. I'm a disabled senior on fixed income. This was not at a good time. I'm being treated for medical reasons otherwise I'd have driven it myself.Business response

Eco auto transport listed my automobile for transportation on the dispatch site without being in a contract with me. I received a quote from them but decided against working with them. When I did chose a broker they notified me that Eco Auto Transport had my haul listed. I called Eco Auto twice and left voicemails asking them to remove the listing as haulers are weary of consumers that have multiple listings for the same job and avoid them altogether. After two voicemails on two consecutive days the listing is still up. Eco Auto is unprofessional and non-responsive.Business response
