I ordered pants for my daughter on 7/1/23. After a month, I contacted the shop and was told the pants were out of stock and the owner offered an alternative. The alternative looked nothing like the original and I found the original pants at another boutique so I asked for a refund. The owner asked if store credit would be OK since they are a small business. Im not heartless so I agreed and picked out some new items for the equivalent price. I never got any communication that these items were being shipped or even that they got my message so in September I again called the shop and asked for the status or a refund. The owner told me of some personal problems and assured me the items were being drop shipped. Its now October 2nd and have had no communication or have received no replacement items. When you go to the shop online it now says closed for maintenance. I feel like I have been scammed after I was very reasonable and understanding with the owner. I just want my $83 refunded.Initial Complaint

I bought a bag from them a month ago and sent them a pic of the one I wanted. They sent the wrong bag. I paid $9 of my own money to send it back. Two weeks passed and no communication from them so I asked if they had sent the right bag to me. They said it had been shipped. Five days later, they sent me a tracking number and said it had been shipped. I asked why they said it had been shipped the other day when it clearly wasn't. I asked for my money back bc something seemed fishy. I'm still waiting on the right bag to be sent
