  I ordered cabinets from Precision in June 2022. When they came to install my cabinets in November 2022, they were wrong cabinets. I worked with my general contractor (AB Construction) to rectify the issue, they have not responded to any of our attempts. I have provided the business with email threads to show they made wrong cabinets and they have not responded.

  Below is our response as to what happened on the job and I also provided copies of the contract that was signed and they received everything on the contract.

   

  Bid Job on 6/29/22 $7,427.

  Sold Job on 7/22/22 $7,427. Design Retainer $1,000.

  Finalized Job on 10/7/22 $7387.00

  Delivered & Installed job on 11/11/22

   

  The Contract & Drawings were Signed by ************************* Project manager with A B Construction on 9/29/22 (Which makes A B Construction our Buyer & Client) see attached.

  11/16/22 we remove and reinstalled floating vanity to be flush with the prefab countertop No Charge.

  12/7/22 ***** received a email stating that they were expecting push to open doors and different handles

   

  We never supplied handles on this job see drawing customer signed for (Drill & install K**** and /or pulls Hardware provided by other).

  If the client had ordered touch latch doors it would have been listed on the Cabinet Features of the contract

  I had a relationship with Precision to buy a Casearstone slab and for that slab to be fabricated to a desk surface and installed in my home. The templating and fabrication was outsourced to another company. Precision shared details about their activities, that the template had been made, with a third party (not the fabricator), without my consent. I asked to work directly with the fabricator so that Precision didn't have additional private information they could disclose and they said no. They then voided the contract so now I have paid them $3,092 for a Caesarstone Pure White slab and a templating deposit for a fabricated piece of stone I won't receive.There is no record of consent from me to share my data/information and sadly Precision has violated my privacy and is unwilling to do anything about it. I would like the $3,092 I have paid refunded as I haven't received the goods or services covered by that payment and Precision was unwilling to work with me in a way to keep private information private.   I am rejecting this response because: Precision was notified by phone in July of 2022 that I wasn't working with *******. They were also given that same information by email in October. Precision provided information about their activities within my home to ******* after I had informed them that I was not working with *************** 

  
  

  I paid $3,092 for a jumbo slab of Pure White *********** and made a deposit on the fabrication. I expressed I was uncomfortable with the information that was shared without my consent. My Final contract was voided. I would like a refund for the money I paid having received no goods or services for that money.
