Date: May 9 and May 11 of 2023 There is no costs as the insurance is through MediCal which fully covers our daughter.The office committed to providing me over the phone professional and timely responses to my inquiries concerning my 9 year old daughters health.The dispute I have is with the highly unprofessional and untimely service I'm provided with. The Dr. Doesn't return my calls for 2 to 3 days sometimes when I've been told I'd receive call back within 24hrs. Furthermore, when we do speak by phone I am professionally asking questions regarding health and diagnosis of my daughter. ******************************* insulted me by phone calling me "demanding" when I explained how the 24hr time frame I've been given was broken more than once as of late. Furthermore, she said to me she "will call me back whenever she wants or not at all" because she considers me " a difficult parent who likes to challenge the doctors orders". She is extremely abrasive and hostile to me by phone and also ignores the fact that she has a court order on file at her office stating she must give each of ***** parents (divorced) information on our daughters health at request. She behaves in a sexist/discriminating way towards me by phone using words like "you demanding men" etc. She also denies the court order that she has on file forcing me to have to drop off another copy. I believe this Dr. should be coached on proper phone etiquette and professionalism when dealing with fathers and if non-compliant and continues this behavior she should lose her practice.
