Dear ***/ ******The order#******, placed at the end of April, 2023 still did not arrive on July 3rd.On May 1st, custumer service representative ***************** wrote in reply to my inquiry of May 27th, "Unfortunately, our shipping department couldn't locate your package,> as it seems that the package was lost or stolen on its way to you.> We are deeply sorry for the experience you had with order #******. We > realize the importance of quick delivery however, sometimes > uncontrolled situations may occur and we make all possible to solve > them to our customers' best.> In attempt to solve this issue our shipping department decided to > reship your order #****** immediately. New shipment will be sent within > 48 - 72 business hours. "The email from 6/3/2023 stated:New package was sent out to your address on June 2, 2023.Tracking numbers are available within 6 - 7 business days after the date when merchandise was shipped.We hope that your new package will be delivered safe and sound to you.We appreciate your patience and understanding! Should you have any more questions or need additional information please feel free to contact us.--Best regards,***************** The next email stated that the new tracking number will - and that was the last I heard from them.None of my emails were answered after that. They do not answer their phone and do not return the voice messages.I am very frustrated at this point. Please help.*****************************Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on January 15, 2022. Supposedly the order went out January 28, 2022. I have emailed them several times asking about the order, asking about the tracking. Only to be told that the order is in process and gave a tracking number that the **** said has not been in their system. I have had several calls that are scam calls claiming to be part of this group or another group and wanting money for the same amount of money. When contacting this company they claim that they are all scams and was going to be forward to their scam department. I have not received my items- And ready to have my money back or the items I ordered quickly.
