On 3/16/24 I went in for a massage that had been scheduled a few weeks prior. I drove for an hour to get there. After waiting ************************************************************************************************************** She said she would call him. When she came back she said he is running late and that he had not shown up for the appointment before mine either. She asked me to reschedule and I said that I would like to have a manager call me to reschedule so that I could talk to them about the incident. She said she would pass that along and that they would call me as soon as they could. I did not hear from anyone there again until 4/624 and they werent even calling me about the last appointment and it was still not the manager. They were calling to tell me that they had scheduled me a couples massage with my wife and that they actually could not accommodate due to not having the space. I told them that I didnt schedule that and was still waiting to hear from the manager about the last appointment I had actually scheduled. Again, they could not get ahold of their manager and said they would pass along the message for them to call me back. I told them to cancel my membership and made sure she took this note in her system. They charged my card again on 4/11/24. I called them back on 4/14/24 and guess what? No manager again. The guy that answered the phone confirmed the call on 4/6/24 and that their system had a request for cancellation. He would not refund my money and told **** will pass this along to my manager and have them call you. To be clear, I have not heard from a manager in a month, I still have not received or scheduled the massage I originally went in for and now have 2 credits because they would not refund my money nor cancel my membership even after requested. This place is TERRIBLE.
