On August 5, 2023, I made a purchase from Mohinders (order #*****) in the amount of $375.37. I got an alert from my cc that several charges were pending in different amounts. I checked my account and noticed that they credited back $375.37 and charged $383.27. I was not comfortable with the upcharge.I started a correspondence with **** from Mohinders customer service. At 10:56 AM on 08/07/23, prior to the shoes being shipped out I requested a cancellation. At 11:07 AM on 08/07/23, I received an email that my shoes were being shipped out which was odd since I requested a cancellation. **** sent me a label to return the shoes and on 08/09/23 I received the shoes. I mailed them back using her label and Mohinders received it on August 12, 2023. The date is now 08/28/23, they have their shoes and my money and I am yet to receive a refund. My credit card company says they have not responded to their inquiries.
