      I ordered over $700 of clothing for my wife, for Christmas (Order # BEBE-495150). The items arrived early December. Obviously the gifts aren't being opened until December 25th. Right after the first of the year, the entire family caught Covid. We were too sick to even think about this. Middle of January 2022 we start feeling good enough to interact with the world again, and do important stuff we previously couldn't.Upon trying to return the items that didn't fit my wife (she is 5'1" and 89 lbs, and even some XXs and size 00 are too small for her from Bebe... their fits are very inconsistent), they inform us they will not accept the return. I ask them to reconsider due our Covid, and please escalate it. They proceed to answer a few days later, "We regret to inform you that our main office did not approve your out of policy return request. As a result, we are not able to accept your return."These clothes are UNWORN, with TAGS STILL ON... and a mere 10 days past the refund policy. We are asking for a refund for the 4 pieces of clothing we want to return, and which are POOR FITS. To have such a short return period for the holidays is ridiculous in the 1st place. Disgusting that a huge, successful company like this wants to force people to keep clothes that don't fit just to make a profit.

      Items are poor condition/poor quality. Fit very oddly - way too baggy and look nothing as pictured. Disappointed and I want the return shipping refunded.

      i returned three items that were shipped to me from this store AUG 26, 2021. order number BEBE-446681 TOTAL $193.30. I have not received a refund. i did tho receive an email today that they do not have my return. and nothing can be done. i am very happy with the items i have bought from this store. although the fact that they will not refund me for items i 100% know i sent back is unacceptable!i would like my full refund!

      I have 3 gift cards that total $175. I tried to use them online and it was showing not valid and I called Bebe gift card services and was told they are old and need to be replaced and I needed to call customer service. I then called customer service and was advised that those are old and have been deactivated and that if it is older than jan 2020 they are no longer accepting them. Which is wrong and if they can still see the amounts they should still be honoring them. They offered me a 40% discount and its only valid on specific items. That does not make up for the loss of $175. I would like them to honor those gift cards with store credit.
