I been trying to work with the office after my dad died work years and in the ************** in **, but get a letter requesting info on death benefit, months later a call told email me forms and marked where needed to be sign, spent ********************************************************************************************************* info on his death benefit last time I called the girl said maybe do it different way, he call you back that's been 5 days now. 8600, asked does this require counsel as I am a disabled senior 70 myself. I end up getting a response over a year later. Written president so maybe that's why got a letter again. I called name part *************************, Western Conference of Teamsters Pension and Trust, ******************************************************. I did send them death certificates at my cost, so be nice if they respond not hold my dad passing what years before someone talk to me that is sure of what is going on or forms, trust or forms once my dad had second bi pass after open heart surgery and chronic faigue for years, he sort of just zone out for how ever long and as things got worse, hard to get much info from him since I live in ******** taking care of my mom after her stroke her POA. Death Certificate over 7k I believe relative homes uncertain after my brother took his life so I do not need games or run around. I am a BS educated guy now 70 going on 71 disabled. Just like clear info of what they need to do what pops wanted and not be reminded more about their passing them I already do, not good for my bi polar other medical issues and no one answers or return calls like last week when **** said she had my number and have him or call me back never happened again.
