This place is criminal. The living conditions are awful. They had guaranteed that I could break my lease a month early. I put in a notice. They then turned around and said they do not break leases early. They are withholding my security deposit and want me to pay a months rent when I did not live in the apartment for that month. The apartment complex is disgusting. Security doesnt do anything. Its unsafe. My car was broken in to twice. My mailbox was broken in to and never properly fixed. Homeless people sleep in the laundry rooms and security allows it. One of them threw cigarette butts into my dryer ruining a whole load of clothes. There are shopping carts everywhere. The dumpsters were being lit on fire and it didnt seem like the apartment complex cared. I never got a good night sleep because of the insane noise in the complex. There are roaches. Human f**** in the alleys. It is deplorable. The leasing office is full of liars. They cannot be reached by phone. They wont give you your security deposit back even after cleaning the apartment. They lie. It is not a safe place to live. Packages get stolen. Most of the laundry rooms are broken and do not get fixed. They will harass you about your lease months before your lease is even up. Thats the only time theyll get in touch with you. It is one of the worst apartment complexs in ************. I will write a negative review for the rest of my life condemning this apartment complex to hopefully save the few that heed these warnings to not live there. Do not believe a word they say
