      I have still not receivedmy order from you that was originally processed in February of 2023 for the total of $585.00 (Invoice attached). I am requesting either a full refund or the product that was ordered.Here is a brief timeline of my interaction with Bamboom.Feb 23, 2023 - Paneling ordered (Invoice attached)Mar 7, 2023 - Email from Bamboom informing 2-3 weeks before shipping May 12, 2023 - Email, Product ready to ship, confirming shipping address, promise of tracking number (never sent)June 2, 2023 - I emailed Bamboom checking for an update, no reply Oct 30, 2023 - I emailed Bamboom checking for an update, no reply, reattached pdf of original invoice.Dec 9, 2023 - I emailed Bamboom requesting an update.Dec 10, 2023 - Email from Bamboom asking if my order was ever received. "Hello ******************* i apologize but did you ever receive your order? If not please let me so I can fulfill."Dec 10, 2023 - I replied with 3 attached documents (copy of previous emails, order confirmation, a second copy of previous emails).Dec. 10, 2023 - Email from Bamboom promising to take care of the order. "I will take care of this order I apologize for the mishap on my part."Dec 10, 2023 - Email from Bamboom confirming my address. "It is **************".       I ordered a product and service. He returned call after I paid him. I set appointment to drop car off for the service. He ghosted me. Did not show and will not return calls. Service was paid for well in advance. He could do the job or simply refund. It looks like hes scamming many based in his reviews. It used to be his dads business. Following fathers death, he may just be scamming people for money. Its very concerning. Confirmation of payment is uploaded below.

      I bought a bamboo headliner for my v.w.bus back in April 17,2024 they have not delivered, answered phone calls or emails, I would like to have the headliner and if not, I would like to have my money back, I need help with this.

      I ordered a product from this company and never received the product. I asked for a refund and did not receive that either. I contacted the owner he said it was ready to be shipped but never shipped. Now hes not returning my calls or emails

      In may I ordered interior panels for my **** vw bus. It was to ***********-8 weeks to make. Once I ordered them, spoke to them on the phone, Ive not heard from them. *** contacted then via 2 phone numbers and 2 email addresses
