We visited this bar on Friday, 10/29/21, to enjoy a couple drinks for our friends birthday. The bartender, ****, brought us each a drink and then carried on serving the rest of the people at the bar. We were the only 3 girls there, and there were about 5 other men at the bar. We waited no less than 45 minutes and **** had still not come back to our end of the bar to either ask if we were ready for another round of drinks or if she should take our empty bottles and bring us the ****. She would stop at the two guys next to us, talk to them, serve them, and then carry on towards the opposite end of the bar. I eventually tapped on the shoulder of the guy sitting next to me and asked if he could tell her to come help us since she talked to them but refused to come our way. He did. She came over and I asked for her to bring our ****, and when she brought it to us, she set it down and flipped us off before walking away. The total was $***** and we left her a $0.00 tip as her service didnt seem deserving of one. We checked our account the next day and not only were we charged the *****, but she doubled the amount to include a tip for herself. We were charged a total of $28.50 which should not be allowed by a business. No one should be able to determine their own tip amount and then charge that for themselves.
