I just want to bring to you notice about the worst customer service at the Buena park #***** I went to the store on Aug 30 and there was construction happening at the store and only drive through was open.The Menu lights were not ON Aug 30 but still I some how managed to order the food with difficulty as my daughter was feeling hungry.My Total Order was for 23.22.The staff messed up my power bowl order and the Guacamole was not good and does not have chicken. I called the store and they said they will replace but I cannot go back to pick since it already for my daughter as she has school the next day The staff said I can come back anytime and pick the power bowl later when I have time Today when I went to the store to pick the manager was so arrogant and she said their phone is not working on the Aug 30 and they is no way that offered to give the power bowl for free. she was talking in such a way as if I was lying.I was nice to the staff and I don't want to block the people behind me in the drive through and I went it to the store and showed the store manager the transactions details from the bank website and still the store manager said she cannot give me the power bowl without paying as there phone is not working on Aug 30. I requested to give the complaint book and she rejected to give me the complaint book and she went back to her place and ignored me. I waited for some time and called her she did not respond and I walked back to car and brought the food from another store.FYI.. The store manager took my phone number and Name and she offered me the power bowl free after a while but it is already late and I was frustrated I said I don't want the money back. I just want to file a complaint and she did not take the complaint.
