In October of 2022 my wife purchased a custom set of seat covers for my **** *** Z3 to give to me as a Christmas gift. The Car is Garaged until April (we live in *************}. At the end of April the seat covers had been installed professionally( I had a Mechanic remove the seats to Install). less than 500 hundred miles the stitching on the driver side bottom ******* is coming apart. I called and spoke with "****" who claimed he is the manager. I sent him pictures of the covers and he said they can fix it and wants me to take the seats out again, take the cover off and replace the seats, send the cover to them for repair and repat the installation at my expense again! I told him this is unreasonable and poor customer service since they had only been installed less then 2 months ago! I asked him for a replacement bottom cover. He claims that since they were purchased in October it is past their 6 month warranty. I once again explained they were a Christmas gift and the car is garaged during the Winter. He refused to replace the cover and refused to give me the owners contact information to file a formal complaint. That is why we are at this stage. If he will not replace the cover then I wish for a refund.
