      I traded in my old car for a new Benz last year 2022.For the last few months I have been receiving tickets and other code violations in the mail with my old cars information. I have contacted the **** Code enforcement. And the Benz dealer in ********** for further assistance. The *** and Code Enforcement both relayed the same information to me: the dealership never completed the necessary paperwork to complete the transfer of ownership to the dealership. Today, 8/14/23 I went to the dealership one more time to get this resolved as I recently received a notice stating the code enforcement will be taking all the tickets and violations on my old car (that I sold to the Benz dealership) to collections. This will ruin my credit as I am hoping to purchase a home next year. I am very stressed and just want the ownership paperwork to be updated- as they should of done a year ago. *****************, General Manager lied and said the *** never processed the paperwork. I went to the *** after to confirm and they never received any ownership change paperwork from the Benz dealership. I am also a senior and am worried they will do this to other seniors. I have needed to take time off work and have been losing sleep over this problem. I only asked for them to complete transfer of ownership to the dealership - as I sold my car to the dealership. I expected this to be taken care of properly as I thought this was a reputable business. After a year of receiving tickets and other code violations - it is clear they are not planning to complete the needed paperwork to transfer the vehicle to them- but still allow someone to drive around and get tickets , etc.All I want is for them to finish the vehicle registration transfer paperwork- that should have been completed over a year ago. They have failed to do a basic part of their job.

      1) House of Imports have attempted to repair my 2015 ******** **** AMG S63 on several occasions for a front end noise.2) House of Imports have billed my credit card for rental car refueling charges, I disputed the charge and they somehow committed fraud and refilled my new credit card number. The rental car was returned with more fuel than was present at the initial rental time.

      Over 60 days and counting and I still have not received the title to the car I purchased on April 20, 2023. The dealership has failed to provide me with the documents necessary to title and register my vehicle at motor vehicles. I was told to drive my new car home with expired out-of-state tags and wait several weeks for the title which has yet to arrive. The salesman is refusing to answer or return my calls and none of the other staff are interested in helping resolve the situation at all. Two months later, I'm making payments on a car I cannot legally drive.

      My wife, ********************* and I purchased a 2021 new GLC 300 at the time we ordered a service contract for the first two services and I was fleetly unaware that the service had a two-year or ****** mile expiration on it. I would have not purchased the second service because I drive only **** miles a year Has a point of reference my name is authorized on the account but my wife has the car is registered to ********************* so please dont have them respond with were not authorized to deal with *****************************************. I have had to pay cash for a second service because I got that second service at ****** miles , but after two years further I think the dealership and its not House of imports service department lied to me about the need for a service be at ****** miles claiming something to do with fluid shelflife which it may have but definitely wouldnt expire in two weeks one year since the service eight and definitely not after ************************************************************************************* any event that is not House of imports that was another dealership so I am asking for a refund of the second service on my prepaid service agreement. The reason I am writing the BBB is that I have called five times spoken to someone and no one has returned my call , I have left a message on the service. Im sorry the finance managers voicemail as ******** claims I need to speak to the dealership again ************* finance wasted three days in multiple hours for my time saying that my wife needed to authorize speaking to me just so that they could tell me that I have to call the dealership. ******** is embarrassment , please refund the second service be on my contract. I paid the dealership $750 my refund better be at least that amount the funds should be paid payable to my wife ********************* at ************************************************. I am attaching a copy of the lease agreement so that you have the Vin and prove the contract was purchased. Thank you.

      on 7/5/2022 , I purchased this ******** EQS450+ from this dealership House of imports ******** ***** The sales person Mr *************** and I drove the car to my resident to obtain signatures from my spouse for the contract . As my spouse was checking the car , noticed a big gap on the right front bumper , bigger than the left bumper . ********* told her that it could be adjusted .couple of weeks later on Monday 7/11 my car was picked up and was told on Monday 7/15 that they have to order some parts for the bumper .Later I toke my car for service to *************************** Motor car - ************* ( because closer to me)for the bumper and other issues , when I got my car back I was told that under the front bumper was extremely damaged and for that I have to take the car to selling dealer .At that time I found out that the House of imports sold me a DAMAGED car at the time of delivery that problem was not disclosed to me and i was upset that I paid over $120000.00 for a damaged auto instead of new one .I called ******** **** customer service on 8/15 and asked for help .My case number is 2-31355343259 .Today they suggested that i should call BBB and file a complaint to facilitate the investigation and help the ******** ***** customer service to make a decision about my case faster .I am really disappointed about this dealership as this is my second purchase from them in 4 monthe .PLEASE HELP ME to settle my case .meanwhile My wife and I have one car to drive and that is difficult to get around .Sincerely yours ******************

      On 7/15/2020, I purchased a certified preowned vehicle 2017 GLE SUV, from House of imports, at **************************************************************. They offered me an extended warranty service of which I was not planning to purchase to begin with. Mr. ************************* persuaded me with a promise that, in the event I deemed, I dont need the service, I may cancel it at anytime before 7/15/22 and refund should be a breeze. The total amount is $3520. and this amount will be applied to the principal balance of my loan. I requested the cancellation on June 18, 2022 which was processed by ***************************, and was told it will take **** business days to process. I called MB financial to follow up on June 28th and was told to give them another week and try to follow up with the dealership as well. Its very difficult to get ahold of the finance department at the dealership, so I waited and called again of which I got the same response, so I emailed the General manager, Mr. ***************** on 7/11/22 and ****************** responded via call and email and told me that it has been cancelled and they are just waiting for mercedez to send them the money so they could send it to be applied to my loan. Today 7/21, 5 weeks later, from the cancellation, I requested a payoff amount from MB ********* Services, because I plan to sell my car, however, to this date, the refund has not been applied to my loan. Even the agent I spoke to at the MB financial services told me that this has been taking too long and they shouldve had received the check from House of Imports a long time ago. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you!

      i've been speaking to **** and ***** from house of import, ***** called me and asked if he got me $55k over msrp if i would buy the car. I agreed. He said he will finalize it with his "director" and get back to me. He called / texted me a few times back to back that he got it approved and if i can come in the next day at noon, i confirmed and told him numerous times i am a busy man that operates multiple businesses and i do not want to waste his time or mine, and thats why im pre-working the deal to make sure its a smooth transaction. BTW i purchased 2 brand new S classes from this store in the past and they know who i am. After staying there waiting for over 3.5 hours, while i was waiting thinking the paperwork is being printed - because thats what ***** told me, and he brought lunch and came back and ate it - while im still waiting. Then **** and the finance manger come in and tell me they cannot sell me the car at that price and that they need $20k more **** up. I said im sorry what? they started giving me a million reasons at first that i wasn't approved - which i know is not the case because i've leased / purchases ********* / Lambo's and never ever had any issues, so i knew they were lying. Then after talking for 15 minutes she tells me they need $20k more to sell the car, gave me attitude, was being very rude and bitchy and unprofessional, and told them that their decision of doing this and wasting my time and back and fourth will cost them all my future business, and she said " if thats what will happen then it is what it is". Very rude, unprofessional, unethical, and i will not stop this complaint until i get the General Manager himself to call me, apologize, and fix the problem of getting me a NEW G63 at MSRP. I will not let this go. Bait and switch, Dmv complaints, Attorney, etc. This is not the right way of doing business, and no one should ever go through this!

      Got a G wagon back in February from ******, paid over sticker and its been 4 months and still dont have my license plate!I cant drive the car, this clowns management dont do anything and I doubt they even obtain my plate.I am going to report them and seek legal actions!Dont buy from this place and take your business to a different dealership, I am sure your money will have more value elsewhere.

      I had taken in my car to check for an unusual sound from the car. They deemed something was wrong so they replaced the turbo. I received the car back but noticed the sound was still there. I took the car back and went for a ride with the manager but the sound didnt come back so I went back home. After a few days, I noticed the sound again so I sent videos of the sound and asked to check again. They said they checked and charged by a diagnostic fee and said it was due to an aftermarket foam piece attachment for the seatbelt causing the sound and charged me. I mentioned this to the manager but wouldn't explain why my refund was denied. Other local ******** dealer doesnt understand why I was charged despite car being under full warranty. I have yet to hear back to to why I was charged and denied of the refund despite emailing and calling numerous times.
