I made a reservation for my son's birthday and when the day came, 2 of the guests were sick with covid and could not attend. I asked if I can just get the credit for merch or drinks, and was told I can use those 2 tickets ANYTIME with my reservation number. Well, lo and behold, this is not the case and I only had 12 months which they said I can see online when I called today. I did NOT make the reservation online, nor did I receive anything with the Ts&Cs on it. This is such a scam, because I paid for upgraded seats, upgraded meal add-ons, etc. and specifically asked if I can get the credit to use that night. I spent over $1200 between tickets, merchandise and drinks, only to be scammed. This is not ok. Only reason I found out, was because my son, whose birthday party we went to here originally, asked to go back. We seldomly go to these places without his request because he is on the autism spectrum and has sensory difficulties. Such a disappointment to have companies take advantage of people this way.Initial Complaint

On August 13 2022 I bought 9 adult tickets to celebrate my birthday with my family at the Pirate Dinner Adventures. We were offered and sold tickets to watch the show with dinner included. The dinner included entre, soup or salad, dessert and a drink. We spent more than $1000 dollars that night. I paid $700.55 for the tickets and my family spent over $300 dollars on extras, drinks and tips. We were not serve the food as the other guests. We were served some cold food at the end and only because we ask for it. The food was cold, dry and old. We were not brought soup or salad, and we were brought only half of the drinks. I asked another waitress serving another row of tables if I could speak to a manager and she called a manager for me. At the time the manager came to talk to me the crowd was clapping and screaming at the show, the manager could not hear, and I felt I was making a show screaming trying to make myself heard. We agree to talk at the end of the show. At the end of the show I could not find the manager and my family wanted to leave for a restaurant so we could finally eat because of my birthday. We could not eat the **** at the Pirates Dinner Aventures because it was old, cold and incomplete. We were sold tickets for dinner all included but we were not given what it was advertised. As I mentioned before, we were not brought 5 drinks, no salads or soup and the food brought was not eatable. I called the next Monday August 15 2022 , I spoke to the person in charge of complains, I made a complain over the phone with this person and she said she was going to call me back but she never did. I called a second time I asked for a refund again and again I did not get and answer. I moved forward and wrote an email on Sep 17 2022. That is when I got an answer but no resolution.Initial Complaint

Saturday, January 21st 8:15 show. We were seated in an area that aggravated my fiancs previous knee surgery. This seat was situated in a place where we had to stand up and move each time a guest wanted to exit the row. We were unable to watch the show as we would have expected. We asked for another seat but we were denied. There was hair in my dessert at the end of the evening and when I told the waitress she did not correct the issue. I have attempted to resolve this issue by requesting a refund or some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and bad service, but I have not received any call back after calling 4 times in the past two weeks. My main concern is a disregard for persons with disabilities and weather or not they have accommodations. The reservation was under: *******************************Initial Complaint

I purchased tickets through the online reservations phone number.I received my bill, and noticed a $45.00 charge that I was not told about.I feel that this is a deceptive process and would like to request that I receive back a refund of the $45.00 handling fee.There was absolutely no mention of it in the sale.Initial Complaint

Purchased pirates tickets early 2020, was unable to book due to covid, but once it officially opened late 2021 were were given the run around on when we can actually use our prepaid tickets- we left our information and finally just stopped hearing from the manager. Instead receiving an email stating they will not honor our tickets. Horrible business.
