            In July of 2023, I received 4 Tascam audio recording units back from TAP electronics which were supposed to be repaired and fully functioning. This was not the case when I received them. All 4 were not functional, and after speaking with *** at TAP, he said to send the units back and they would fix them. He said they would reimburse the cost of shipping as well. It has now been approximately 8-9 months since I sent them to be repaired again. I did receive notice they received the units, but have not heard a single thing from them since that time. I have called and emailed multiple times. They have not answered the phone or emails. To not even respond to a single call or email in 8-9 months is absurd. I would either like the money back that I initially paid for the repairs or I would like the units delivered to me in working order immediately. My preference being to get my money back and they can keep the units, because I no longer have faith in their ability to repair them as they said they would.
