            We have contacted this company Elwin several times for warranty support of replacing shade motors. They have done everything they can to duck, dodge, and avoid resolving the issues. I have to call several times, email several times, and still not get products sent out to resolve warranty issues. I offer to pay for items and have them reimbursed when defective items are sent back for inspection. Elwin is confused many times as what we need when threads of email communication is recorded. They make up new forms to fill out for warranty support and still do not act on resolution. I have been asking for a replacement motor since May to help a client. Still no replacement motor. I need this company to provide and honor their warranty and product service. We just replaced this same motor in February.
