Below is a list that Clip4Sale, ****************************, fraudulently charged my credit union checking account. 8/12/2024 $6.41 8/16/2024 $18.47 Total: $24.98 Today, 8/16/2024, at 2:30 p.m., I contacted the company with the phone number my credit union provided me. After asking the company's representative, "Mar", via phone, she replied with a heavy foreign accent that she will forward my complaint to another department if I provide my email and my son's debit card first and last four numbers as shown in the card, and they "will email" me "the results within two to three business days." Due to the nature of the two unauthorized charges made to my checking account and her refusal to refund my money, I asked to speak with her supervisor but refused saying there "is no supervisor;' and when I asked for a confirmation number for this call, she refused. Towards the end of the call, she became hostile because she couldn't meet my demands to refund my money unless I provide my email.Initial Complaint

On 6/16/24 I purchased a video clip for $14.99, I found out that I was charged again $33.99 for a video clip I purchased on 5/8/24, I contacted the business on 6/17/24 and was told by email a refund would be issued, I've attached the email. Despite numerous emails, phone calls , can't get a response.
