Numerous times! since July 2021 to current. Both with General manager of Pickwick ice center ***** ********** and with ASEC (American sports entertainment center) Briefly describe the resolution you are seeking: Full credit back for the credit I have left remaining. (12 sessions) In Nov. 2019 I purchased from Pickwick Ice center a credit pack for 30 pre paid ice sessions. The facility was closed bc of covid in 3/2020, and I was not able to use my credit until they opened back up to general public in 202. after returning to the rink in 7/2021, I was told I can't use my credit because it had expired. which was never stated, or written down anywhere. no contract has been signed, no posting of this so called expiration date. I have tried reasoning with the general manager numerous times, and instead he tried to intimidate me and my kids into leaving the problem alone. I have also contacted their "management" because the General manager told me it was the "king's policy". No response was given after I had waited several months. let me know if you need clarification to anything, and I will be happy to supply.
