I've been buying the same eyebrow pencil from them for a few years. They ended up not making the original one I used to get so I got a similar one in the same color. Well this time I purchased it I got the same color as always except it WAS NOT the same color. The package said it was but it wasn't. I took pics as proof. I order the ebony color and it was a darkish brown. On my skin you can clearly see the difference. Black hair, brown eyebrows...I look ridiculous. I tried to return or exchange but they don't allow it. I understand the policy but if your product is NOT what is advertised and NOT what I've been buying why should I be penalized? It's not my fault you changed the color without notifying your customers. I am so ****** off. As a retail Store Manager this is not how you do business...especially with a loyal ********.Review from Heather G

I received an email including a discount code for 10% off. It included a list of eyeshadow palettes and invited me to purchase one using the coupon. I proceeded to do so and the coupon came up as it valid. I contacted ******** service. They have been giving me the runaround. Meanwhile I received another coupon two days later inviting me to purchase the same list of pallets now for 15% off. Once again the coupon code did not work. They are practicing bait and switch tactics. When I brought this up to their ******** service team they did absolutely nothing to correct the issue or to change the advertising. False advertising is against the law. This company is untrustworthy as they practice illegal activities!
