      I purchased a loft bed with installation from this business in February 2022, and was informed that I wouldn't receive the item until May or so due to supply chain issues. However, I never received anything in that timeframe, and upon calling and visiting the business multiple times, I was not given any updates on the status of my order. When I was able to contact the management in October 2022, I was told the store was going out of business due to bankruptcy, and that I could receive a refund in full for my purchase. However, I was given an un-secured PDF via email, that asked for my card security number, which could be stolen in that format. When I asked for a secure refund method, my reply was ignored, and I haven't been able to reach the business since.I have filed a small claims suit against the business, but when I tried to have the claim served, it was unsuccessful, as a new business now occupies the same address. Any information with respect to the current location of the business or business agent would be immensely appreciated in order to serve the claim and take the business to court, in order to recover the money I paid for the purchase.

      Company has failed to deliver a bed order after 6 months and they now claim they are in the process of bankruptcy filing and ownership change h However******* reviews reveal that they have been telling this to customers for the last 5 months at least. Meaning they are running a racket. They wish to steal people's money's by using deceptive business practices.

      We went to this store to look for a bunk bed for my son on march 2, 2022. We looked around and found one we liked. I spoke with both the owner and his wife about quality and also reviews I had read *******. In these reviews other customers complained that they were unable to get there items delivered. The owners addressed my concerns and said that those reviews were all due to Covid and that shipping delays were not happening anymore. We said as long as they were able to keep it to the 6-8 week delivery time we would like to purchase but asked them to please let us know because my son really needs a bed. They said there would be no issues. 8 weeks came and went and we heard nothing. After 11 weeks we contacted the business. We were given a story of employees who stole and other issues but were promised the owners wife would contact us with a delivery date. No call ever came. Called again at 12 weeks. Same story that she will call us. No one ever called to set up delivery. We called **************** credit card and filed a dispute for undelivered goods as we could not get any communication from the business. The credit card company set to investigate on June 1,2022. After **************** investigators sent a letter with paperwork provided by the business with a FORGED fraudulent signature saying that we signed for delivery on April 22,2022. This business is running a scam and trying to take $3200! We never even received a phone call back from them much less the bed. They forged a signature and think that they can steal our money with absolutely No proof. My family and I were at ********** the day the delivery supposedly took place and have documents and witnesses and receipt records to prove it. I am astounded that anyone would run a business they way they do but rather than giving the money back since they could not provide the goods they are willing to commit a crime and fraud to try and steal our money.

      On 1/8/2022 we (*********************) purchased a crib, dresser, nightstand, crib conversion kit, and low profile footboard from Kids Only Furniture. We are previous customers that had a great first experience, this time has been extremely frustrating and now they don't return phone calls or emails for updates. When we ordered the furniture in January, we were told delivery would be end of April or early May. I looked at the invoice and it shows end of April/early June for delivery. Which was fine. I reached out in 4/8/22 to see if they had an updated delivery date. They finally responded on 4/18/22, (after multiple emails then threatening to file a *** complaint and fraud with local authorities) that they had the crib and dresser but were still waiting on the rest of the order and were having internal issues with fraud from an employee, we were understanding and got them to agree to deliver the pieces they had and we would pick up the rest when it came in. The crib and dresser were delivered on 4/30/22. I started reaching out again for updates on 5/28/22, I was told they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. On 5/28 is the last time they have responded to an email. I have also left messages by calling the store directly and the employee now knows and recognizes my name and phone number from calling so often to get an update. I don't get my calls or emails returned. The value of products still owed is roughly $1000 after taxes. We would like the items we purchased or a refund, preferably the furniture.

      Purchased furniture set on 5/18/21 crib and dresser were delivered weeks after. Remaining pieces were suppose to be delivered in September and were not. No one contacted us regarding the delay called and sent emails in October received an email saying it's currently stuck on the port due to the pandemic. Reached out a couple times after that by phone and email and they inform us that we will be getting a call back soon and we don't. Port is up and running now and we still have not received our pieces or an update on when we will receive them. I am asking for a full refund at this time as I am tired of going back and forth with them. They can come collect delivered furniture and refund me my money

      We had ordered furniture *********** they had only delivered half of the order. They had stated the remaining has been delayed. For 3 months. When contacting them they refuse to answer or return phone calls. When I was finally able to get a hold of them they just brush it off.

      I purchased a crib, mattress, crib converter, and dresser on December 28,2021. I was told my purchase would come early April. Mid March I started contacting them to get an update and no answers. I called, emailed, texted, went to the store location and no responds and location is closed with a note saying employees taking ownership. I went ahead and purchased a new furniture set since I am pregnant and due. I read **** reviews how they scammed others and this has been happening to other, now I just want a refund for the amount that I paid which was *********

This business told me that I would get my furniture delivered and installed at the end of February 2022. My due date came and went and I have gotten no updates from the business. After multiple attempts to call and text got no response from them. I went in person to the store to ask for updates could not get any. Their phone number doesn't have any information and nobody answers Upon looking through yelp reviews and calling the other chain stores it has been communicated that this store has scammed customers out of their money and have not delivered any items that were purchased -this includes myself

      On *** ******** we purchased the following items at Kids Only Furniture, totaling:********** Invoice *********** - Maxtrix Twin over Twin Medium Bunk Bed with Straight Ladder Slatted Headboard - $******** - Maxtrix Trundle Drawer in White - ******* - White-Glove Delivery and Installation- ******** - Twin Size Organic TechnoGel Mattress - ********* Taxes: ******* - We were told that the items would arrive mid March and that they would send us an update when the items arrived at the store. - On January 29, we received a text message saying they were expecting your order at the store the 2nd week of march and they would text us back with the expected delivery date at our address. - On MArch 16 I called the store to check on the update of our order. There is not a person answering the phone but a recording asking customers to send a text message to XXX-XXX-XXX and they would respond within 48h. I sent the text message on that day and never received any updates. I tried emailing and there is an auto reply asking customers to text message them. - There is no one to speak to and we don't know what happened to our order. So we are hopeful that filling this claim will help us. - We want to make sure we receive the bunk bed in the first week of April.       11/20/21 placed an order in the amount of $******* for a kids trundle bed with install on delivery. We were told in store it would be 3 weeks, purchased without reading small print. Invoice states 6 weeks. 12/13/21 after we reached out, we were told end of December for shipment. 2/15/22 email received and confirmed scheduling delivery 2/25 1-4pm 2/25/22 no contact, I reach out and am told two hours before delivery that the bed is damaged even though the box wasn't. They offer a loaner bed and refund of $199, which I never receive and decline the loaner offer. They also guarantee it would be in within 7-10 business days. 3/10/22& 3/14/22 I message the company looking for our items. They message back on 3/15/22 saying they're looking for our items but we weren't scheduled until 3/16-19/2022, a lie but nonetheless they didn't deliver and are now well outside of our contracted delivery. This morning, 3/21/22, I asked for a full refund. They replied saying that our package is pending and they'll have a manager contact us. If you look through yelp reviews this business regularly does this to customers. They then fall back on small print that reads no refunds or cancellations. I am reaching out to you to assist us in getting our hard earned money back from a scam company. Thank you for any help you can provide.
