    **, I purchased an item from the store. However, the item arrived damaged. Upon contacting their customer service, they were unwilling to help me, and they had stated that the item went through quality checks, and they had photos of the item prior to shipping it to me. I reported a claim the same night I received the item that it was damaged and the business is unwilling to help me. They never sent me the photos of the quality check. They charged me a lot of money for a dress that is polyester and that was made in *****. The business has been unwilling to help the customer.

    I purchase a dress from emprada ,when I received It .i try it on time l received it.I message emprada to let them know that i wanted a refund they said only exchanges.they said I would have to wait 14 to 30 days before I do my exchange. they said they would get it touch with me soon .I waited 2 days no one got in touch with ***** I went and purchase a nother idol thinking they would've gave me a refund back .because knowing they haven't did my exchange yet .messaging them again.i told them what I did .and they refuse to refund me for my other idol knowing they haven't process it yet.after they found out I went to ****** .they message me telling me they have ship my idol .so they can try and keep my ********* long they take to ship out there idols and they didnt get back in touch with me right away. about my first order .if I would of waited as long as they wanted me to .I wouldn't have a dress for my event.

    On October 28th, I placed an online order (order #******) from EMPRADA online for the the first time ever. On November 5th, I kept getting emails and texts letting me m is my order has been delivered. My order was nowhere to be found. I contacted Emprada via email and they asked me to fill out a claim form via the following link: **********************************, which I did. The following day I received an email stating that theyre sending me a replacement in the mail. I clearly wrote back and explained to Emprada that I will no longer be able to use the outfit I ordered for the event due to not receiving the item on time and asking them to kindly refund my money to the original form of payment and that I refused the replacement. Emprada representative wrote me back saying, we offered you a replacement and you refused it, therefore your case is now closed. I wrote back asking what will happen to the money I paid for the item I never received. Again they responded me with theres no refund and youve refused a replacement. Your case is now closed. I became very angry and asked them to put me in contact with a supervisor/ manager. No response was given. I wrote another long email expressing how poorly their customer service is and the fact that them not refunding my hard earned money was unfair and unjust! I didnt hear back from them until Saturday the 9th with an email with a replacement on the way with tracking information from ****. I wrote back that I already expressed clearly in several emails that Im not going to accept a replacement. Theyve ignored me and are going through with sending me a replacement that no longer will serve me and I would like my money back!!!

    My product broke the second I touched it. Literally broke when I went to hook it and the chain broke in two places. Also the product looked way cheaper than the photo. They offer no refunds (even if it breaks), they have a phone number but no one answers and every time you try virtual chat the reply is virtual chat. *** looked online and have found many reviews. This appears to be their business practice: sending cheap products that break, fit poorly, and offer no customer service.

    I purchased a dress for ****** from their site. The dress arrived and it was looser than the sizing chart they offered, add to that the dress is already without any wear beginning to open at a seam at the back, has multiple hanging strings and the craftsmanship is subpar. When I mentioned this to the company they said I could send their poorly made item back to them for $10 of my own money and I would only get store credit. I want a shipping label and a full refund. This place is a scam.

    I would like to report this company for fraud. I placed an order for a jumpsuit back in September of 2023. After not receiving the item, I checked the tracking on their website and it reflected that it was delivered to me on September 27, 2023. Since I didn't receive it, I reached out but didn't receive a response. I reached out multiple times and didn't receive a response. I then decided to use their tracking number directly on the **** website, the shipper they chose - that's when I learned the package was actually returned to the sender and delivered to them on December 1, 2023. I then filed a claim with PayPal. Here's where the fraud comes in. First, Emprada FINALLY decided to respond to me only after I filed my claim. But either way, they lied and told PayPal the package was delivered to me on November 20, 2023. I have no idea where they pulled that date from but it's an out and out lie. Also, this is after I already corresponded with them and sent them the printout from ****.com showing the package was delivered to them on December 1, 2023. I am attaching the printout from their website as well as the printout from ****.com.

    Date of transaction: November 11 via the Emprada website (www.emprada.com)Items ordered: ****************** Metallic Mesh One Shoulder Dress, Nathalia Black Bustier Mesh Ruched Dress, Celyn Black One Shoulder Dress Issue: I received the dresses I ordered from Emprada, and after trying them on, I wanted to return the ***** and ******** dresses listed above as I was unhappy with the fit and quality. I couldn't find a return section anywhere on the website. I contacted customer service on November 20th for support. I received a response on November 21st with a link to initiate returns, however, when I reached the return page, the two items I wanted to return were not eligible. I contacted customer service again, and the response I received was that these dresses were final sale and I could not return them. When I purchased the dresses I did not see any wording about them being final sale. In fact, the actual wording on the website under these two items are: "If for any reason you're not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned in its original condition within 30 days of its delivery date for store credit, not including shipping charges provided it is in its original, unused condition. Please note, it may take up to 2-4 weeks from the date we receive your items back to process your return. For more details, check out our full Returns Policy."After a few back-and-forth emails, customer support agreed to give me store credit only if I send back the dresses. I would also need to pay for my own shipping and handling. I do not think this is an acceptable solution as I do not want to order from them again. I don't think they have good quality items and I don't want to be stuck with new items I can't return. The desired resolution is a refund back to my original payment method for the ****************** Metallic Mesh One Shoulder Dress and the Nathalia Black Bustier Mesh Ruched Dress.Thank you for looking into this issue.

    I ordered a jumper from Emprada on 9/2/23. I received the jumper on 9/12/23. Unfortunately the jumper was much to big so I paid $9.98 for a shipping label from them to send the item back. I shipped the item back on 9/25/23. They received it on 9/27/23 . I still have not received my store credit as of 10/9/23. This is a terrible way to do business. With the cost of the jumper and my paying to ship it back, *** spent $90.00 and still have not received my store credit. Yet they have had their product back for close to two weeks.

    I placed and order and attempted to cancel shortly after. I was looking for their return policy and found they will it not issue a refund or cancel and order that has not been shipped. It was a matter of an hour before I found out how to contact and they will only issue a credit but I do. It plan to make any additional purchases based on this policy and on line reviews regarding quality. I want my money returned to my card.

    I ordered this product by accident, and its not even my size. I tried also to cancel, but didnt find an email or phone number, just a message board that takes 24 to 72 hours to hear back from. By then, it will be mailed to me, and I will also have to pay shipping on top of it. I need my money refunded asap! I lost my job, that is all the money I have till end of May. Order No. *****.
