I keep receiving sales calls from multiple people and different numbers representing Modern Roofing. I keep asking the callers to delete my information from their sales list and stop calling me but they don't stop.

My roof was overdue for a replacement. Modern Roofing came in lower than other quotes, sales process was detailed. But I regret that.Communication issues started immediately - I had to initiate all conversation to figure out progress, when work was getting done. ****** S never proactively communicated. I had to let him know about the problems.I'd spent awhile picking a shingle color I liked, only to be told a week later it wasn't even available in **********. A good example of disorganized + uncommunicative all of it was.Day 1 of work - broke the neighbor's window from a leaf blower sliding off the roof. Debris from my old shingles were on three neighbors' roofs up and down the street. Multiple asks to clean it up went unanswered. There's still debris there today.Cost was 150% of the original quote... making them the most expensive of all quotes. Apparently 1400 sqft of OSB + install costs ~12k. They took advantage of the project being partway done, shingles missing, roof exposed, and pressured us to move it forward. I had no real choice but to pay the upcharge. Completely scummy.Gutters took an extra week... and of course were the wrong color. Took another week to get the right color, and creepily, I just noticed them a different color one day. No communication whatsoever about someone was going to be in my backyard doing work. Norm for the whole project.One day it rained & they knew because they didn't come to work, but left the roof untarped so it rained in my kitchen + attic. They sent someone to tarp up when I called **************, but again, absolutely zero thought going into the project from the project "manager."The vents that they installed? Wrong side of the house from what we discussed upfront. No payment schedule.I have no faith in the quality of the work given the horrible experience and rushed, cut-all-the-corners feel throughout. Almost nothing went right. Stay away from this company, project manager, and anything they try to sell you.
