Signed up for a special on his Instagram account and. Paid via Zelle $270, attempted to find out status on order and received. Horrible reception . I want my money back since nothing was shipped . And he stopped responding .Initial Complaint

On October 20th, 2022 I placed an order with JLFX Studios via the owner, *****************, for a custom vest. JLFX confirmed the order and advised an **** week ********** time. We agreed on January 10th as an acceptable date (allowing max ********** time of 12 weeks). I paid in advance, in full, $700 via CashApp as ************** requested. On December 10th, 2022 I followed up with ************** to ensure the order was on track. ************** confirmed the January 10th deadline. The order was not shipped on January 10th, and ************** failed to communicate any delays. After multiple requests for order status, ************** continued to provide vague responses with no advisement of a new date. As of February 22nd, 2023, ************** still has not fulfilled his commitment to completing the product. I requested on February 22nd, 6 weeks past the original deadline, that ************** either complete the product or provide a refund. The refund request was denied and ************** responded with vulgar name-calling, still failing to provide an update on the product. The event the vest was ordered for has now past, so I have no use for the product even if ************** decides to produce it. The money was paid in full under the advisement of the January 10th deadline.
