She was in no condition to make informed decisions or enter into any contracts, yet GTech proceeded with the transaction without any regard for her wellbeing or legal capacity.Specifically, GTech Smart Remodeling charged an exorbitant amount of $30,000 for a new roof and tankless water heater, services that are typically priced significantly lower in the market. This predatory pricing further demonstrates this company's unethical motive of profiteering from vulnerable individuals, rather than providing fair and honest services.The conduct of GTech Smart Remodeling in this matter is reprehensible and disturbing.
