            I ordered a Fit! home gym (Receipt #XXXX-XXXX) (Order ID XXXXX) for ******* on November 14, 2022. When I ordered, the estimated shipping date was two weeks. 46 days later, I received incorrect items. The Fit! Home Gym ships in two pieces: 1 platform and 1 set of additional pieces. Instead of these two pieces, I instead received two platforms. I reached out to Customer Support at ********************** on December 29. I received a reply on January 1 telling me that their warehouse manager would take care of things. Five days and two follow up emails later, they have failed to respond to emails. Additionally, I have posted comments on Fit!'s social media accounts to complain about the lack of communication, only to have them deleted.

            BUYER BEWARE. The Fit! Home Gym team advertises on instagram for their pullup bar/dip station/home gym. There are several people (myself included) who have been waiting on their shipment for months. To start, I never got a confirmation that my order was received - though I saw the $400 charge reflected on my card. Their site says estimated shipping is between 4-6 weeks. I reached out at week 8 and they confirmed they received my order and let me know it would be another month. I reached out at week 12 and sent me a fedex tracking number. The tracking number said the label had been created at week 11, and at week 14 still shows no progress (so they created it just to have it look like it was shipping, while that's not actually the case. They've done a great job at hiding any reviews of their product/service online and their instagram posts never have comments because people complain about the wait times and lack of clarity - and they promptly delete the comments.
