Was called and offered a demo on lifetime drill bits with the ability to return or pay the invoice. They called before the 30 days and I requested a return. They were very pushy and tried to get me to pay the invoice. when I refused and said I want a Return label I was told that i would be called from someone else in just a bit and they hung up. Never heard back. A week later they call again asking for money this time. I told them I requested to send them back. They absolutely refuse to send me a return label. I have a video recording of them stating that they were going to email me a return label and nothing would become of this but I still have no email with at return label.countless threats to send to collections on something I've been trying to return to them even before my 30 days was up.Initial Complaint

They cold called someone here and fast talked them into an order. We use po numbers here. They used verbal as the po. When I called and spoke with them I told them I had already shipped the items back. I gave them the tracking information. They still billed our company. I told them I am the only contact they need and they sent them to someone else.Initial Complaint

We have done business with Ace Industrial one time in the past. Last month June 2024 they sent us some product to try. We decided to not keep the product and to send it back. Since June 27th,2024 I have been attempting to get an RMA to return these products. To this day, after many emails, and phone calls I have not received any documentation. My last phone call with ********************* was awful. He was extremely disrespectful, misogynistic, and just plain rude. He eventually hung up on me and refused to allow me to send the product back. The way they do business is extremely unprofessional. Something needs to be done regarding their treatment of customers.Initial Complaint

I recieved a phone call offering me a risk free trial to try out a product for 30 days. Was told after ******************************************** any questions asked. I recieved product with an invoice asking for payment. I was very concerned the trial wasnt even mentioned on invoice. I left everything in the box and attempted to contact company to come get it or send a return label within the 30 days. I haven't recieved a call back or a return label. I do not want this product. I never agreed to pay for this product. I was assured this was a no cost deal. I am not paying for something I didn't order and something the company refused to come get at zero cost as agreed upon.Initial Complaint

This business should be shut down for deceptive and deceitful practices. We placed an order one time and the customer retained a credit card number. A few months later they shipped us a box of overpriced industrial supplies that were very poor quality and charged an obscene amount. We disputed it with our credit card company and ultimately lost the dispute and were out $800. I cancel the cards and moved on. Ace Industrial proceeded to try the deceptive sale a third time and sent a similar package of overpriced junk. When they attempted to run the card it was declined so they called me for payment. I asked them to provide a purchase order and proof of order which they could not. I told the representative they had one week to provide me with a shipping label and and RMA number to send them back their stuff or I would dispose of it. I've had multiple phone conversations with different people informing them of this and have since thrown away their junk. They have attempted multiple times to trick other employees at our business into giving them a credit card. I even went as far as reporting them to the CA AG. They have over 700 complaints on their ****** reviews. It is beyond me how this business has not been shut down.Initial Complaint

Received a cold call from Ace Industrial and decided to place an order for carbide blades. Received the blades on 6/17/24 and they were the wrong blades. The company attempted to use a bate and switch tactic claiming that the carbide blades were much more expensive than the ones I received and they would not ship the correct plates at the previously quoted price. They did agree to send a pre paid shipping label so I could return the incorrect blades though. I called again on 6/24/24 As I had not yet received the return label and was told admin must have forgotten to send it. I called again 6/26/24 and was told it had been emailed but they had never emailed it to me. They finally did send me the label that afternoon and I dropped the blades back off at *** that same day. I can see from the tracking number that they received the order back on 6/28/24 yet they are continuing to harass me with emails stating that my invoice is past due.Initial Complaint

On June 11, 2024 I received a package to my address that I did not order with sawzall blades, safety glasses, a calendar, hand soap and gloves. When I reached out to the company regarding this, they evidently called an employee who has no authority nor authorization to make any purchases. I proceeded to tell them that I did not want the products nor was I going to pay for them, and they are still in their original packaging waiting to be shipped back. Day one: I was told I would be receiving an email within 24 hours that never came that was supposed to include a return label. Day two: I proceeded to call them again to follow up and I was told they were waiting on a manager's approval. Day Three: I was told that I would be receiving an email with the return label once again that I still have not received. I will not be paying for products that I did not order but I would like a return label as soon as possible so I can send back this package. I do not want any more delaying of this process. This company is calling and has been calling for over 2 years. I have repeatedly asked them to quit calling. I have called the 800 number and asked them to be taken off the calling list. I have been called and they hang up (their name/number comes up on caller ID). I am tired of being harassed. I have called the 800 number and was told not to call them any more. The number they call is on the national do not call list. I have blocked several of their numbers but new ones keep popping up. What else can I do. I need someone to get this to stop!!!Initial Complaint

They sent drill bits that were the best ever they say. They are junk. I tried to respond to say i dont want them. Will not answer email or calls.Business response

They cold called me offering to send our small business free samples of their product. Guaranteed everything was free. Now we have been sent bill after bill with the fees that just keep adding on. I asked to return the product they hung up on me. Ive called at least 5 times and they just keep hanging up on me and claiming we were aware it wasnt free.
